Skarlet is a downloadable character for the 2011 reboot Mortal Kombat game. She is the first female DLC character in the series. Shao Kahn created Skarlet by collecting the blood of countless warriors, and infusing them with sorcery. A literally bloodthirsty warrior, Skarlet gained strength from the blood of her opponents, which meant that she was only released by her master as a last resort. Skarlet comes onto the battle ground as a pool of blood that forms together to shape her fighting character.
She then spins around with her blades ready to attack her opponent and gather some more blood to quench her thirst
